Your privacy is very important to all of us at Sunnyside Montessori House of Children, LLC (the “Company”). We are committed to the responsible use of information provided by our customers, users, and visitors to (the “Site”).

We have established this privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) to explain to you how your personally identifiable information is protected, collected, and used when you visit the Site or provide us information through third party service providers (e.g., third party job boards when you apply for a job with us), call us via telephone, or use any of our Services. Personally identifiable information is information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, email address, and other information, that is not otherwise publicly available (“Personal Information”). The privacy practices of this Privacy Statement apply to our Services (as defined in our Terms of Use) accessible through the Site, your use of the Site, and any information you provide to us, whether through the Site, through electronic communications, or through telephonic communications, including by leaving recorded messages (collectively, “Direct Communications”). Please read this Privacy Statement carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. By submitting Personal Information to us through the Services or through Direct Communication, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Statement. 

Information Collection & Use

In general, anyone may visit the Site without revealing any personal information. However, there are occasions when the Company needs to obtain information from our visitors. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include, but may not be limited to, internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, clickstream data, and the total number of visitors to the Site on an anonymous aggregate basis. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to research or to improve the Company’s Site and the services we offer, and to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. We track trends in users’ usage and volume statistics to create a more efficient and usable site and offerings, and to determine areas of the site or our services that could be improved to enhance the user and customer experience. 

The legal basis or business purpose for collecting and using your Personal Information, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Site is for our legitimate business interests, namely, to allow us to provide the Services that will most likely meet your needs and preferences, and to monitor and improve our Site and Services, including, but not limited to using the information to: present our Site and its contents to you; resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; measure consumer interest in our products and services; inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customize your experience on our Site; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; to provide you with notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices; to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection; enforce our Terms of Use/Service; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection. For quality control purposes, we monitor and record all telephone calls, to enable us to provide you with more efficient and better Services, or to allow us to resolve any disputes or concerns that you may have.  By engaging in Direct Communications, you explicitly consent to our monitoring and recording of your telephone calls.  If you do not wish for your telephone calls to be monitored and/or recorded, do not contact us through the telephone.

You agree that we may use your Personal Information, including your email address, to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze Site usage, to improve the Services, and to customize the Site’s content, layout, and services. These uses improve our Site and better tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safe, and customized experience while using the Site and/or the Services.

Communications from the Site or Direct Communications

We may also use information that the Company receives from you, either collected on our website (e.g., through any website forms or contact methods) or collected from third party service providers (e.g., third party job boards when you apply for a job with us), or about your visit to the Site to contact you via e-mail or other means to occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, and promotions. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe from each of these communications.  

If you engage in Direct Communications with the Company, we may use any information received from the Direct Communications to carry out our obligations under state and federal law, including, but not limited to, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (“FERPA”), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPPA”), and the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (“GLBA”).

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if access to our products or Services is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email or text message. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, please do not submit your Personal Information through our Site.


We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect Personal Information, including your email address, submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, through voicemail, or other method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Company is headquartered in the United States of America. Personal Information may be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States or to our affiliates, business partners, or service providers elsewhere in the world. By providing us with Personal Information, you consent to this transfer. We will protect the privacy and security of Personal Information according to this Privacy Statement, regardless of where it is processed or stored.

If we decide to change our Privacy Statement, we will post those changes to this Privacy Statement and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time, so please review it frequently.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Our Site is intended for and directed towards adults. Our Services are not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors.  Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
